Mahall provides storefront, order, review, and reporting infrastructure for independent sellers. Verification, ratings, and operating signals are shown only when supported by platform data.

Review submission requires an eligible Mahall order. Public totals, ratings, and seller replies come from recorded platform data.
The order summary records the seller, items, quantities, delivery charge, discounts, customer details, and status available to Mahall.
Buyers can submit a report associated with an order. A report creates a reviewable record; it does not automatically promise a refund or replacement.
Clear responsibility
Mahall is not automatically the merchant, delivery company, or payment recipient for an independent seller’s products. Each party’s role should be visible before an order is submitted.
