[object Object] provides storefront, directory, trust, and seller operating software. The platform is not the merchant of record for products sold by independent sellers unless a route states otherwise.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the platform only for legitimate commerce activity. We may suspend access when misuse, fraud, or safety issues are detected.
Sellers are responsible for the truthfulness of listings, delivery promises, customer communication, pricing, stock, fulfillment, and post-order support. Trust signals on public Mahall surfaces may be reduced or removed when seller behavior no longer supports them.
Mahall launch checkout is cash-on-delivery first. Where delivery fees, taxes, or discounts apply, the order record should show them explicitly. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for the real-world exchange of product and payment at delivery unless another payment method is explicitly enabled and shown.
Public reviews, seller responses, verification markers, and reports must be tied to real platform data. False reports, abusive reviews, identity fraud, or manipulation of trust signals may lead to suspension or permanent removal.
Users may not use Mahall for unlawful products, deceptive listings, payment fraud, intellectual property abuse, harassment, scraping, or any attempt to interfere with platform operations or trust systems.
[object Object] may change features, remove unfinished flows from launch scope, or update plan limits when necessary for product safety, compliance, or operational stability.
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We work to maintain safe and credible commerce surfaces, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or assume liability for indirect losses caused by seller behavior, delivery failure, or third-party service outages.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@www.mahall.online.
